Hal Elrod, the author of The Miracle Morning has an extremely inspiring story.
The first most tragic thing in his life was a near fatal car crash accident he was in. He was driving on the highway with his girlfriend after being on top of the world after a successful sales meeting, when a drunk driver hit his car at top speed.
The accident was so bad, in fact, that Hal died for 6 moments during the crash.
Hal Elrod then had to go through arduous rehabilitation just to learn how to walk again. After this incident, the next big hurdle Hal had to face was his cancer diagnosis.
Hal Elrod got diagnosed with a rare strain of cancer, which he ended up beating as well. Going through all of this, Hal Elrod shares that a solid morning routine was one of the key factors in keeping him in positive spirits through all of these obstacles in life.

READING - Fill your brain with positive ideas. When you make sure to read or study something that helps you achieve your goals every single morning, you set yourself on a continuous trajectory to get just a little better every day.
Imagine you’re 1% better every single day- At the end of a year, you’re a whopping 365% better.
SCRIBING - Write a journal to reflect on anything you feel is best. Your victories, your fears, your worries, your hopes, your dreams. Get it onto paper and out of your head.
