RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
- Items must be returned within 30 days.
- Return merchandise must be in new condition (not used / damaged), unworn (for apparel) and in its original packaging with all tags & labels attached.
This applicable in contiguous 48 states in the United States.
How To Process A Return
Email our Customer Service department firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the process. A customer service rep will get back to you with the instructions on how to proceed in order to process your return.
If you use a pre-paid return label provided by a customer service rep for a refund, we will deduct the original shipping & handling from your refund total. We will not deduct a fee for exchanges or store credits.

Please make sure you write your Order # number on the outside of the return package. Please note that items sold on sale (promos) are not eligible for a refund, but are eligible for store credit or exchange. .
If you ship using your own label, we recommend you insure your package, as This Is My Era will not be held responsible if your return does not reach our warehouse. You MUST remember to put the Order # on the outside of the package or on a paper inside the package.
