Jaclyn describes confidence as a muscle that needs to be built. Being comfortable with yourself first requires you to be uncomfortable.So, step out of your routine. Jaclyn opens up about her initial struggles gaining confidence in the beginning of the episode. She advises listeners to do something that scares you because you’re the only thing holding you back. The More you challenge yourself, the easier it is to make bold decisions without worrying so much about the opinions of others.
In a world of social media, it’s so easy to put on a facade, showing only what you want to be seen. However, reality can actually be inspiring. Jaclyn shares that being authentic with her audiences has made her more successful. Talking about stretch marks and body image are sensitive topics, but very real and relatable ones. Speaking your truth helps remove the stigma and feel better about your personal journey.
