A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi I'm Ruth and 3 years ago I was depressed, overweight, unmotivated, felt ashamed, lacked confidence and completely disappointed in where I was in life.
I couldn't stand my reflection in the mirror and the negative self talk sent me into a spiral. My husband encouraged me to take it one day at a time a move. I found a fitness program and lost 25lbs in 10weeks.
I was proud of myself and couldn't believe I did; I wanted to help others do the same. I have now helped hundreds of women kickstart and continue their health and fitness lifestyle with simple and targeted workouts, nutrition and mindset shift coaching
