We’ve partnered with World Vision because we believe that one way to become the best version of yourself is through contribution.

World Vision is a non-profit humanitarian aid, development, and advocacy organization that establishes infrastructures that help others expand their efforts in giving back to their communities and society while helping to tackle issues that cause poverty.
We partnered with World Vision primarily because of their reach. Every year, the organization reaches about 3.5 million children in nearly 100 countries. #ThisIsMyEra wanted to work with a partner that could reach areas that are really remote and that other organizations cannot reach because it is in those areas, namely in Africa, where help is needed the most.
For every #ThisIsMyEra 90-day planner that is sold, we will be donating 4% to the World Vision Education Fund.
In countries such as Zimbabwe and Rwanda, where public school education is not free, this fund steps in to help give the children in these rural areas access to education.
In the words of Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.”
The United Nation reports that 263 million children worldwide are not enrolled in education.
Our vision as a brand is that we want to empower people to become the best that they can be so that there could be a better future for the world. We want to make our small little dent by helping to provide education to people in need so that that number—263 million—is reduced.
We believe in the strength of empowered youth. Whatever we can do as a brand to enhance their education experience so they can impact the world for generations, we will.
We also actually donate our physical, 90-day planners to students. We’ve recently partnered with BELA Academy, an all-girls school in Brooklyn, and they’ve now incorporated the #ThisIsMyEra 90-day planner into their school curriculum. The students have classes where they are going through the process of goal setting, planning, and creating action steps that they can take to ensure that they get results and achieve their goals.
What we’ve done also with BELA and other schools is that we actually go there to do workshops where we walk the students through:
Nothing is Impossible
We believe that nothing is impossible and that anyone can achieve anything. But, the first critical step you need to take is to sit down and articulate what the goals are that you want to achieve.
That’s the viewpoint we have when it comes to the collective set: We believe that people should work on themselves individually first, and then go out there and share their individual talents and gifts to the collective world. If we all do that, teamwork makes the dream work.
